3.4 KYC Documentationhs777 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation at any time in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering ("AML") laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (the Anti-Money Laundering Act) and PAGCOR's AML compliance requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the time specified by hs777 may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of funds pending investigation.
hs777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other BSP-supervised banks), and USDT (cryptocurrency). Payment methods available to you may vary based on your account verification status, jurisdiction, and current system availability.
4.2 Deposit TermsAll deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100. hs777 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which hs777 bears no responsibility. All deposited funds are credited in Philippine Peso at the prevailing exchange rate for non-PHP deposits.
4.3 Withdrawal TermsWithdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full prior to withdrawal; (c) withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name; (d) hs777 reserves the right to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal. 6.2 Random Number GenerationAll Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games offered by hs777 use certified and independently audited RNG systems that produce statistically random outcomes. 9.2 Effect of ClosureUpon closure of your account, subject to any applicable investigative hold, hs777 will return the real-money balance in your account to you via your last used verified payment method. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. hs777 will retain your account data for the period required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

10.2You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of hs777.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hs777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
11.2hs777's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your hs777 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits hs777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Disputes relating to the regulatory compliance of the Platform may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with its published procedures. hs777 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes.
13.3 Dispute ResolutionIn the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the hs777 Platform, you should first contact hs777 customer support via the live chat facility available on the Platform. hs777 will endeavour to resolve all genuine disputes within ten (10) business days. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to PAGCOR in accordance with their applicable procedures.
13.4 JurisdictionSubject to clause 13.3, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved by PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
hs777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to you via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless earlier amendment is required by law or PAGCOR direction. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
